We are looking for a strong communicator to work alongside our technical and sales team to provide a high level of technical support to our trade customer base. The ideal
candidate will need to respond effectively to a wide range of issues, from simple AV based enquiries up to and including more advanced support for network based products installed within a home environment.
Ongoing specific product training will be provided, but a natural aptitude for technical problem solving and proven knowledge of home networks and products is essential.
