PMC is seeking an enthusiastic person to take full responsibility for its Customer service section, which covers both Loudspeaker and Hi-Fi – Professional Electronics products.
The role will be 'hands on', and will require an individual with the following skills:
• Component-level fault finding – Amplifiers, CD, Analogue & Digital circuits
• Mechanical repair and assembly
• Good Communication skills and client empathy
• Basic IT knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
A knowledge of manufacturing, electronic or mechanical engineering would also be of interest.
For the right candidate, the role may be developed to support the Production Engineering department as well as project assembly for R&D.
Salary & package will be commensurate with experience.
