Technical Support and Training Executive

Reporting to the Custom Installation Category Manager, this an important position within an expanding dynamic team, providing our industry leading Technical Support and Product Training.
Primarily office based, the role includes the provision of day to day technical assistance on Armour products. The successful candidate will deliver telephone, face to face and field based product support.
Once established, the role will include conducting training seminars, mainly at our Bishop Stortford facility. These seminars will be presented to upwards of 10 delegates from varying backgrounds and will be both technically and commercially based. Experience with Audio Visual and Custom Installation products is preferred.
