Account Manager - Home Automation

Minitran are a leading distributor of network cabling systems & accessories. We have recently entered the home automation and home cabling market with two unique European manufactured systems. We are looking for a field based account manager to develop sales of these systems to homebuilders, developers, architects, consultants and installers across the UK.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record within these markets. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role at a manufacturer/distributor of home automation systems. You will be responsible for finding and developing business in this market and will be supported by our internal sales & technical support team as well as the manufacturers that we represent. The successful candidate will also be involved with organising exhibitions, marketing and input into the future development of complimentary products in this target market.
Guaranteed basic salary plus commission scheme and company car provided.
