SVI TRADE AWARDS 2009

This time last year, we asked you to don your thinking caps and decide what products in our industry were deserving of praise as we launched the first ever SVI Trade Awards.
Now, a year on, it's time for the 2009 Awards! As before, categories range from the likes of Speakers and Media Distribution to Accessories and Home Cinema; unlike last year, we’ve added a new Industry category in order to celebrate the Best Training Course, Manufacturer and Distributor...
Now, before you ask, we won't be giving you something shiny for the display case, and no, we're still not offering you any money (quit asking), but what we will be bestowing upon the winners is far, far greater. Yes, the big red award sticker is back! This stamp of approval will make it clear to your customers that the product you manufacture, distribute, sell or install, or the service you provide, has been chosen by the trade as being the best. And what makes it all the more important in our eyes is that you, the good people of the industry, have decided upon who amongst your colleagues is most worthy of the honour.
These truly are trade awards and voting could not be simpler. Between Monday 1st December 2008 and Friday 20th February 2009, this fabulous website will play host to the Awards voting form, and all you need to do is scroll down and type in the nominee of your choice. Vote in one, two or every category – it's completely up to you. After the closing date there'll be a brief pause as we tap and re-tap the relevant numbers into our calculator, before the winners are announced at the beginning of March 2009 in our special 60th issue...
