The new facilities, which also feature multiple meeting rooms, a technical support and testing room, a breakout room as well as reception areas where client events can be hosted, are designed to support the needs of resellers and customers to get all the product information they need in one convenient place, including the ability to see the products demonstrated. True Colours believe this convergent approach will ensure a better service for all concerned and move towards the delivery of complete system solutions.
Speaking of the benefits he expects the new site to bring to their customers True Colours Sales Director Iain Campbell said: “The facilities are primarily for our dealers, who can come here for training and bring their clients to show them systems in operation. In the past, dealers were selling out of a catalogue or a price-list. A true value distributor needs to be able to demonstrate the products they sell in real life with a demonstration.”
In other True Colours news the company were awarded the title of 'Best New Distributor 2010' by TV One at ISE. The award was an acknowledgement from TV One of the assiduous work conducted by True Colours and Alan Greenfield, Regional Sales Executive at TV One commented that: “Since True Colours, one of the UK’s leading distributors came on board as a TV One distributor, their team have worked tirelessly promoting and selling the TV One range of products.
