Former Dynaudio sales chief takes on International Sales Manager role
Picanza’s industry background includes stints at Chord Electronics, KEF and latterly Dynaudio, where he headed up the company’s international operations. PMC MD, Miles Roberts, said of his appointment, “Mike is well known in the world of professional and domestic audio, having worked for some of the leading brands. His appointment to this newly created position, and the wealth of experience he brings, will provide PMC with the expertise and drive necessary to drive the business forward in this, our 20th anniversary year.”
For his part, Picanza commented that, “I have watched the phenomenal growth of PMC from the outside for the past few years, and have been impressed by what I have seen. To join such a dynamic team during the company’s 20th year is a fantastic opportunity for me and I look forward very much to working with its management and international distributors to help drive the business’ growth.”
As a result of the changes, PMC’s Andy Duffield – previously responsible for ROW sales – takes on the role of International Sales Manager, Southern Hemisphere, where his focus will be on developing business in South American, Middle Eastern and Asia Pacific territories.
