Celebrates Queen's birthday and six years of growing export sales
The award celebrates the Queen's birthday and has been bestowed in recognition of the six years of continuous export sales growth Naim has achieved – an impressive achievement by any measure.
According to the Naim team, the company's exceptional performance has been fuelled by an expanding R&D department, which has hastened the launch of innovative products such as the SuperNait integrated amplifier, the HDX hard disk player and the Nait XS. Incredibly the company also believes the global recession has worked in its favour, boosting demand for high-quality products from a consumer base paying increasing attention to what it's getting for its money.
Commenting on behalf of his staff, Managing Director, Paul Stephenson, said: “We are extremely proud of our British design and engineering heritage and very pleased to representing the ‘Best of British industry’ around the world. This is the second time in 25 years the Queen’s Award for Enterprise has been conferred upon Naim, and it’s a real motivator.” He added as a personal note, “I would like to publicly thank all the Naim employees who have worked so hard to deliver the products and performance that have enabled this growth.”
