This month, Five’s TV programme devoted to all things technology-related, The Gadget Show, will be hitting the Birmingham NEC...
Among the companies and organisations putting in an appearance will be Canon, LG UK, CEDIA, Freesat, Sennheiser, Armour, Belkin and Panasonic. Features of the show include a ‘Future Homes’ demonstration sponsored by CEDIA and e-Home, a section focusing on in-car gadgetry, demonstrations and competitions held within a dedicated ‘game zone’ area, and a ‘how to’ theatre.

Matt Hodgins, Event Director of organisers Upper Street Events, commented that, “The UK has the largest electrical goods market in Europe, with an estimated worth of over £12-billion per year. We’re looking forward to hosting an experience-led event that offers a consumer showcase for the very best that the industry has to offer.”

Tickets are currently on sale at £12.95 for adults and £5 for the under 12’s. Entry for children under five is free.
