Alphason to provide installation service for retailers
Retailers that wish to take advantage of it must first register at Alphason’s recently overhauled Dealer Portal hosted at the company’s website. Following this, they can then access the service online or by calling 0844 225 0346 - to help customers choose a suitable time, the engineer’s diary will be made available online.
Once an installation has been booked, the retailer and customer will both receive an email or SMS text message confirming the scheduled date. An additional notice sent via the same means will then confirm the exact time 24-hours prior to the commencement of the job, which will include connection of all new and existing equipment belonging to the customer, in addition to the installation itself.
