After many years of working closely with retailers in the south east of England, services solutions company Your Installs Limited is now expanding by making its services available nationwide. Director Stuart Burgess tells SVI: “We have been working closely with retailers to maximise their opportunities and help enhance customer relations. Retailers have taken the initiative to outsource their services, leading to a reduction in direct overheads whilst maintaining and in many cases improving the level of service, thus being able to offer a greater number of solutions for the customer. We pride ourselves on working in collaboration with retailers tailoring our services accordingly, and have developed a simple online booking and tracking system to enable their sales staff to book a new job or check the status of work without being overloaded with administration, rather than selling.”
Your Installs Ltd offer a wide range of audio/visual installations and are looking for experienced, skilled and qualified engineers who would like to have access to more work and join their existing team. Installers must be able to prove their workmanship by supplying information on previous work they have completed.
