Audio experts Sennheiser has appointed Beyond The Box to implement a major retail training programme to ensure customers get the most from their audio shopping experience this festive period and beyond. Ensuring staff are versed in the product range and can tailor the Sennheiser offering to suit individual needs are just two aspects of the training which has the experience of the customer at its heart.

Sue Davies, Business Development Director at Beyond The Box, commented: "We’re delighted to be working with Sennheiser and supporting such a quality and innovative brand.
