By the end of this year, the Rockliffe Hotel in County Durham, the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool, the Bridges Wharf Hotel in London, and the Berners Hotel in London are all set to have lighting control and automation group, Dynalite, install the latest technology.
Involved from the design phase, through to commissioning, the company will supply an automated lighting solution comprising a range of Dynalite controllers, wall panels, touch-screens, interfaces, sensors, and software.
Each of the four hotels will feature lighting control systems that encompass energy-saving technologies, while providing lighting for all major hotel areas, with the Rockliffe and Berners hotels, also benefiting from landscaping and exterior illumination. Ensuring the comfort of guests, individual room controls and user-friendly integration with third-party systems, such as audio-visual systems, will be included.
“Dynalite’s involvement in the design stage of such projects has been extremely rewarding. It allows the hotels to take full advantage of the functionality of our lighting solutions,” comments Managing Director Dynalite Europe, Paul Wilmshurst. “Ultimately, these benefits will be enjoyed by the hotel guests. Even small design improvements incorporated early in the design process will have enormous impacts on occupant comfort and enjoyment for years to come.”
