When it comes to supporting good causes the AV industry is never shy of showing its philanthropic side and the latest company to embrace the spirit of charity is Monster with the release of its bright yellow iSport LIVESTRONG Headphones. A portion of the proceeds from sales of the iSport LIVESTRONG headphones will be donated to the Lance Armstrong Foundation, created in 1997 by the cancer survivor and champion cyclist, to serve people affected by cancer and empower them to take action against the world’s leading cause of death. The foundation is now known publicly by its powerful brand – LIVESTRONG – and is a leader in the global movement on behalf of 28 million people around the world living with cancer today.

Noel Lee, the Head Monster, commented: “LIVESTRONG is one of the world’s brightest lights in today’s fight against cancer, and Monster is proud to support such a worthy cause. Monster’s engineers stretched the limits of imagination to develop an in-ear listening solution that fits the LIVESTRONG brand, with unmatched athleticism, durability, style and of course musical performance that only Monster can deliver.”

“LIVESTRONG is excited about this opportunity to partner with Monster on the creation of a premier tech accessory that will help further our mission to inspire and empower people affected by cancer,” said Doug Ulman, LIVESTRONG president and CEO.
These sweat proof and washable in-ear headphones feature a variety of innovations that set them apart from all others. For instance, Monster addressed one of the most common issues faced by active headphone wearers - the nagging problem of in-ear headphones that slip out during strenuous use. Monster solved this problem with the patented proprietary in-ear clip anchor system, which fits the curve of the inner ear securely. This key Monster innovation provides maximized comfort and an unprecedented “no-slip fit” that ensures that the headphones will not fall out and remain snugly in the ear in almost any conditions.
