With an increasing number of customers making collections, AWE has expanded its trade counter at its Epsom HQ.
Registered customers making the journey to Surrey can collect advance orders, place new ones in person and browse the clearance and end of line stock display. This also affords the opportunity to see a number of current products in full working order in the AWE training and demonstration facility.

“The trade counter has been set up to make it even easier for our customers to order and receive products, as well as see them in action if required” explains AWE’s Managing Director, Stuart Tickle. “We continually strive to offer the best customer service in the industry and this is just another example of improvements we have made to make our customers lives as easy as possible. This is ideal for those last minute requirements that come up when working on an install, and with our location being easy to reach from London and the south, a high proportion of installers can benefit from dealing with AWE.”

The company also offers same day delivery options with deliveries often leaving within 45 minutes from order.

Manned by one of the knowledgeable warehouse and dispatch team, with AWE’s sales team on hand to offer advice and chat through requirements, the trade counter is open week days from 8.00am until 5.30pm.
