2009 was a good year for retra.
The association has announced that it welcomed a record number of associate members to its ranks over the 12 months, from an array of sectors, including distribution and digital services.
The new associate members include: Big Red Sales Ltd, D.A.D, Digital Radio Development Bureau, Midwich Ltd, Euro Digital Services, Humax Electronics Co. Ltd, LG Electronics UK Ltd, Philex Electronic Ltd and Technisat Digital UK Ltd.
Of the achievement, retra Chief Executive, Bryan Lovewell, said: “We both welcome and thank all those that have joined us last year. To see such strong support from associate members of the independent retail sector really is gratifying, and we hope that this will continue. During these difficult and challenging times, the increase of these new members and partnerships is encouraging and provides solidarity for everyone.”
