REAL Cable has gained official certification for its 1.4 high-speed HDMI with Ethernet cable, Infinite, which was launched at the Bristol Sound & Vision show by distributor LGL Ltd. It’s a world first for REAL Cable, which has produced a product that is truly future-proof: the maximum transfer rate for the 1.4 standard is 10.2Gbps/340MHz, capacity in excess of anything required for current HD entertainment systems; Infinite offers digital throughputs of 20.4Gbps/680MHz, a feat that very few have achieved to date.
Aside from its extraordinary data transfer capacity, Infinite also benefits from the SafeLock system, which eliminates the risk of poor contacts – and, as SafeLock is dismountable, it’s compatible with all equipment on the market. Like all of REAL Cable’s cables, Infinite is RoHS-certified and comes with a lifetime warranty.
