LIBRATONE BEAT

If you ask someone about Denmark it's rather likely they'll mention bacon, beer or Vikings. Press them a little further and you may hear about rubicund nosed goalkeepers, Shakespearean tragedy or brick-based children's toys. But what we love most about Denmark is Malene Espensen followed in a close second by the swathes of top quality audio devices churned out by the clever people at any one of its high-end speaker manufacturers.
The latest Danish speaker taking its place behind the lovely Malene is the Libratone Beat from Libratone. Utilising a new technology, so new in fact that it's still patent pending, known as FullRoom the Libratone Beat promises to deliver high quality 360-degree sound by reflecting the sound off the walls of the room it's placed in.
Wireless up to 100 feet the Libratone Beat comes with a USB and specialist iDevice connection for transmitting your music from its source to the speaker and also comes with a handy chrome handle for moving the device around. The bass alone was enough to get us all excited and with prices starting at £550 we weren't scared off by the price either. Another great Dane...
