The latest addition to KEF’s Home Theatre Series of surround packages is a compact 5.1 offering designed to complement the latest breed of flatpanel displays.
The centre and satellite speakers both make use of a 19mm tweeter and a pair of 2-inch low/mid frequency drivers and can be wall-mounted either vertically or horizontally, or else be used with KEF’s HTS1001.2 floorstands (sold separately). The accompanying C4 subwoofer meanwhile makes use of an 8-inch front-firing bass driver, an onboard 200W Class D amplifier and features rear-mounted phase and tone controls.
The KHT1505 system is available now in a combination of high gloss piano black (satellites, centre) and black ash veneer (subwoofer) finishes at an SRP of £599.99.
