One sure fire way to improve on an already impressive portfolio of products is to imbue your latest release with a new control platform and ensure it is quicker, sleeker and boasting more memory than its predecessor. That is exactly what Crestron have done with the TPMC-9L, their latest wall-mounted touchpanel. With a 9-inch screen, and the option of a programmable pushbutton interface, this latest offering gives users an expansive and impressive touchpanel option that can do pretty much everything about the home.
The large screen provides more space for designing customised interfaces for control settings as well as a larger display for cover art, control apps and functions such as high-definition IP video streaming for security cameras which instantly enhances a whole-home and building automation solution. Whilst the new Core 3 OS control platforms mean that users have command over theatre systems, lighting, AV networks, thermostats, security cameras and other connected building systems.
